Return Policy

Totally Swing Sets prides itself on customer satisfaction. We want to provide positive and efficient service so you are happy with your purchase and your buying experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase or need to return it for any reason, please see our return policy below.

Returns

As long as the product(s) is in good condition and in the original packaging, we will credit you for the total product price, minus the shipping and handling costs upon receipt of the item. If you received free shipping on your purchase, the refund for the product will be minus the actual shipping charges. Costs for returns will be reimbursed to the original method of payment.

This policy only applies if items are returned within 30 days of the shipping date and are in the original packaging. If items have been unpacked prior to returning, they will be subject to inspection before a refund is issued. The customer will be responsible for any damages accrued during shipment.

Products that are custom ordered are not eligible for return or exchange. If products are defective or need to be returned after 30 days you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.

Please keep a copy of all receipts, tracking information for shipping, and delivery receipts for your records.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason you may do so as long as the order has NOT already been shipped. Orders that have shipped or in mid-route cannot be canceled and must be handled instead according to the above return policy.

To cancel an order you must call customer service at 1-800-866-3077. Customer services representatives are available Sunday - Saturday, 7am - 10pm CST. You will need to have a copy of your receipt available when you call so your order can be located efficiently.
